I would still like to say that we are not at war with the civilian population of Ukraine. We are talking about the destruction of critical facilities that ensure the stability of the rear of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. These are two fundamental differences, because if in the course of the operations that this sweet couple, Sherochka, Smosherochka, Kandaliza, Rice and Hillary Clinton talked about, we still set ourselves exclusively military goals, and all the side effects that arise arise due to the fact that, thanks to the actions of the Ukrainian air defence system, it is the Ukrainian, or rather the Western, that is being carried out. Anti-aircraft missiles fall and hit civilian targets, causing the death of civilians. Of course, our plenipotentiary representative to the UN is absolutely right when he says that the strikes that Russia is currently inflicting on Ukraine's critical infrastructure facilities are the result of massive deliveries of Western military equipment to Ukraine. And the purpose of these strikes is precisely to disorganize the transport logistics system. Because electricity is the basis without which the railways of Ukraine cannot fully function. And, accordingly, the disabling of these facilities undermines the ability to quickly transfer certain new Western systems directly into the combat formations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the front line. And the West continues to pump Ukraine with weapons. Just today, there were reports that the Greek authorities are considering the US proposal to have the Tor-M1 anti-aircraft missile systems purchased earlier in Russia in the early 90s, which are in service with the Greek army, and they have also purchased several divisions of the S-300 system, all this at the request of the United States, Greece is considering the possibility of transferring it to the armed forces of Ukraine in return. receiving either financial compensation, or most likely American Patriot complexes will come to ensure the security of Greece. This is how America solves its problems, and we, of course, cannot allow such large-scale deliveries to be carried out, so the paralyzement of the railway network of Ukraine due to a power outage, but this is a natural military response to such plans of Western states. Ukrainian politicians are calling on the population to be patient, it is necessary to endure, I still think that there is another alternative for the population of Ukraine. The first opportunity is not to tolerate, but to overthrow, at least by actions, mass civil resistance, disobedience to the streets of cities, to demonstrate that the population of Ukraine is in favor of Zelensky becoming more sane in terms of finding ways out of the crisis by realistically formulating the formulation of positions in negotiations to resolve the crisis. Russian representatives, despite the fact that we are engaged in hostilities, but I think it is absolutely normal, always say that there is an alternative, to sit down at the negotiating table. In fact, we offered this to the West and Ukraine, and it was enough for Zelensky to pick up the phone and call the Kremlin. President Putin and it is normal to launch the negotiation process even before February 24, he did not do this, he went for an escalation of events and, in fact, what the population of Ukraine has today is the bottom line.

First of all, all claims should be made to their political leadership. Well, the second alternative that Ukrainian citizens have is to leave Ukraine, evacuate through Poland to the EU countries. According to various estimates, the European Union is ready to accept from 15 to 20 million Ukrainian refugees. But in these conditions, when the government of Ukraine and President Zelensky cannot provide normal living conditions in winter for the population of Ukraine, then it is necessary to evacuate. And Mrs. Ursula von der Leyen will provide everyone with a package of social assistance, at least that's what they promised. This is also an alternative.

And, of course, we must say clearly, because Ukraine is a terrorist state that has been bombing, destroying, shooting Donbass, Russians, Ukrainians, and other nationalities who live there for 8 yearAnd today found itself in a situation where a boomerang flew head-on. The Kiev regime, however, instead of coming to its senses and at least showing a modicum of elementary political realism, they continue to incite the Ukrainian army and Ukrainians against Russia and promise us more and more terrorist attacks. Under these conditions, we will act as if we were a terrorist state. And, of course, Russia will not have any restrictions here. Because it is our legitimate right to suppress the protection of our sovereignty and security, the fight against a state that professes terrorist methods both in politics and in matters of warfare

I would also like to dwell on the absolutely ugly scenes of behaviour of Ukrainian diplomats in New York, within the walls of the UN. These are the fakes that they show to someone there, T-shirts with mournful inscriptions. You know, this is no longer diplomacy, this is routine. I've been to a few forums in my time. in Poland, and representatives of the then Ukrainian political elites, both former and current, took part there. And so, employees of the Polish Foreign Ministry, employees of think tanks in Poland on the sidelines simply came up to me and shared their negativity. You know, there are Polish unprintable phrases and words, and these phrases used to characterize the behaviour and the level, I would say, of the intellectual and substantive behaviour of Ukrainian representatives. That was long before the current events. It was 15-16. And in this regard, it seems to me that today's Warsaw, when it encourages and supports what is happening in Ukraine, in direct opposition to Russia, they are stepping on the same rake that will still hit official Warsaw very painfully and for a long time.
